- Commits to decisions and plans of action
- Focuses on achievement of common goal
- Work in concert to produce the goals
- Share common rewards
- Willing to set aside personal needs to achieve the common goals
Otherwise, you do not have a team
- Just.. a bunch of people who do isolated execution (either centrally defined or individually)
