20 years of Sachin in Cricket - by Aakanksha Parashar

Now days most of cricket fans is talking about sachin tendular‘s 20 years in cricket. In 1989 he started his career against Pakistan and he was just 16 years old that time, in this age most of us were busy in our board exam, its just about the passion for dreams. Cricket was his passion and his passion made him a history maker, mile stone man in Cricket. He is amongst the most popular persons in India and one of the best cricket players in world. I am not a die hard fan of Sachin but spending 20 years in cricket and being a record breaker made him “God of Cricket” especially for Indians, his recent inning has shown he is still hungry for runs. He is not just a good cricketer he is very good human being (as per media) and this quality make him different from other players. I really love to see his wonderful game for next 20 more years.

He is the role model of many existing players and he will remain to be a role model for the future players also in fact its not about the sports persons only every one from us can get a lesson from this legend to achieve our goals.

In the last many years of my professional career, i have see continuous debate on this topic. There are extreme views for both in favor of processes and against processes.

I have also seen change in the thoughts from against to pro and vice versa. Further i have also seen organizations with lot of processes doing well and organization with not so good process also doing well in the marketplace.

The objective of my article to initiate a positive discussion on this topic and understand views of all of you on this.

I will also be actively participating in the process and share my comments regularly.
